AI Engineer, E-Commerce Recommendation Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team in developing and implementing cutting-edge e-commerce recommendation systems. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building large-scale algorithms and systems that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement large-scale e-commerce recommendation algorithms and systems.
  • Design and build long and short-term user interest models.
  • Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of data.
  • Design and develop predictive models for candidate generation and ranking.
  • Support the production of scalable and optimized AI/machine learning (ML) models.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Final year or recent graduate with a background in software development, computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong programming and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in applied machine learning, familiar with one or more of the algorithms such as Collaborative Filtering, Matrix Factorization, Factorization Machines, Word2vec, Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting Trees, Deep Neural Networks, Wide and Deep.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recommendation system, online advertising, information retrieval, natural language processing, machine learning, large-scale data mining, or related fields.
  • Publications at KDD, NeurlPS, SIGIR, WSDM, ICML, IJCAI, AAAI, RECSYS and related conferences/journals.
