Strategic Procurement Lead

A seasoned professional is required to oversee the development and implementation of a procurement strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and partnerships, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and cost savings. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish a centralized procure-to-pay process and implement best practices in vendor management and contract negotiation.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that supports business growth and scalability
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance, engineering, and product teams
  • Design and implement centralized procure-to-pay processes and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payment processing
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to drive spend insights and optimize procurement operations
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement and/or partnerships, with a focus on strategic sourcing and category management
  • Proven track record of driving efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements
  • Experience working with IT, product, or engineering teams to develop and implement procurement strategies
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform procurement decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
