Senior Associate, Performance Management

As a Senior Associate, Performance Management at Shopee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day network performance, identifying key bottlenecks and taking swift action to resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Manage network performance, identifying key risk areas and designing mitigation strategies to minimize downtime.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, including forecasting, planning, and physical processes, to enhance cost, quality, and lead time.
- Develop business cases to convince stakeholders to implement process changes, backed by data analysis and insights.
- Collect and analyze data to inform improvement processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare reporting tools and templates for key performance indicators (KPIs) to share with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, internal and external, to align on a single goal and direction.
- 3+ years of industry experience with proven business impact, preferably in operations excellence, supply chain analysis, or logistics operations.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to quickly extract insights and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in project management or operations a plus.
- Hands-on mentality, with a willingness to take initiative on new opportunities and deliver targets.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving attitude, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills, with PowerPoint/Slide Presentation experience a plus.
