Job Title: Data Analyst Service Reporter

Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst Service Reporter at U3 Infotech, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by analyzing and reporting on service-related data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and present insights that inform strategic decisions and improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection: Collaborate with relevant teams to gather service-related data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories.
2. Data Analysis: Employ statistical techniques and data manipulation skills to clean, organize, and analyze the collected data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to draw meaningful conclusions.
3. Service Reporting: Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards summarizing key service metrics and KPIs, presenting findings to stakeholders and management in a clear and concise manner.
4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor service performance against established targets and benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement and working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
5. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate service issues and incidents to identify underlying causes, collaborating with relevant teams to address root causes and implement preventive measures.
6. Predictive Analysis: Utilize historical data to develop predictive models and forecast future service trends and demands.
7. Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and interactive data visualizations to facilitate data interpretation for non-technical stakeholders.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting, proactively suggesting process improvements and optimization opportunities.
9. Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality by adhering to data governance policies and best practices.
10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Customer Support, and IT, to ensure alignment and smooth data flow.

Qualifications and Skills:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on service-related data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and draw insights from complex datasets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with service management concepts (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
