Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Officer to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality local Chinese cuisine in a timely manner, ensuring that every dish meets our exceptional standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent culinary skills, strong presentation abilities, and the ability to work effectively with our kitchen staff to maintain a smooth operation.

You will also be responsible for managing food stock levels, placing orders as needed, and modifying recipes to meet customer dietary needs and preferences.
