  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our hotel's physical assets, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems
  • Manage and coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal teams and external contractors
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's facilities and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of the hotel's assets
  • Maintain records of all repairs, maintenance, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes

Requirements:

  • Skills set certifications related to facility and management operations are required
  • Previous experience in hotel facility and management operations is preferred
