Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Banking Sales Associate to join our team at WHITE SOCIETY PTE. LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and preferences.
    • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell financial products and services to meet sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on the bank's products and services, including features and benefits.
    • Effectively communicate product information to customers, assisting them in selecting the right financial products to meet their needs.
  • Sales Targets
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and actively pursuing them.
    • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and drive business results.
  • Documentation and Processing
    • Assist customers in completing necessary documentation for financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
    • Process financial transactions efficiently, including account openings, loan applications, and other financial services.
  • Compliance
    • Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant banking and financial regulations and compliance standards.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Problem Resolution
    • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with team members to achieve overall goals and objectives.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Market Research
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
    • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands.
  • Training and Development
    • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
    • Share insights and best practices with team members to improve overall performance.
Qualifications
  • Local diploma or A Levels; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
