Corporate Governance Executive Role

This role plays a key part in supporting corporate operations and excellence by coordinating Board meeting logistics, overseeing office security, insurance, and maintenance services to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and upholding corporate governance standards. Additionally, they will be responsible for planning and streamlining administrative systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

A further key responsibility will be to support the development and implementation of corporate risk management frameworks to mitigate potential risks, as well as provide support for business operations in multiple locations, leveraging local knowledge and expertise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Board meeting logistics, ensuring timely preparation and dissemination.
  • Oversee office security, insurance, and maintenance services to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and uphold corporate governance standards.
  • Plan and streamline administrative systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate risk management frameworks to mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide support for business operations in multiple locations, leveraging local knowledge and expertise.
  • Participate in corporate affairs and communication initiatives, enhancing the company's reputation and image.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
  • Corporate secretarial experience with solid knowledge of corporate governance practices.
  • Strong written communication skills and experience in corporate communications.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, website CMS tools, and event coordination.
  • Meticulous, organized, and a strong team player with a high level of integrity.
