Land Planning Expert for Sport Facilities

Transform the nation through sport and make a meaningful impact on people's lives. We are seeking an experienced Land Planning Expert to join our team in shaping the built environment of sport facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land planning, urban design, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in development projects. They will be responsible for coordinating the Sport Facilities Master Plan (SFMP), negotiating with stakeholders, and facilitating multi-agency discussion and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the SFMP and review it regularly to ensure it remains relevant and robust.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to find innovative ways to provide sporting, recreational, and community uses across SFMP facilities.
- Be the key point of contact for land planning matters, handling inter-agency consultation and facilitation.
- Foster collaboration among agencies and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Relevant background in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in land planning, master planning, or development projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
