About the Job
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a key player in shaping the built environment of sport facilities. This exciting opportunity will involve coordinating the Sport Facilities Master Plan (SFMP) and negotiating with stakeholders to ensure its relevance and robustness.

  • Review and update the SFMP regularly to align with changes in land planning policies and guidelines.
  • Negotiate with government agencies, internal departments, and other stakeholders to find innovative solutions for sporting, recreational, and community uses.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for land planning matters, handling inter-agency consultations and facilitating multi-agency discussions.
  • Coordinate submissions to obtain budget for project teams to implement SFMP plans.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess relevant experience in land planning, master planning, or development projects. A background in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in land planning or a related field.
  • Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An eye for design and technical details, including reading land use plans and technical drawings.
