Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team at PERSOL Singapore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Handle office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Assist with financial functions, including invoice creation and audit preparation
  • Prepare and update monthly financial statements and reports
  • Conduct market research and provide data analysis
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Business-level English and Japanese language skills
  • Experience in back office or finance-related positions
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
