Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent professional to review and validate GSR applications submitted via the ESR system.

  • The successful candidate will ensure all required financial documents are complete and applicant details match supporting documents.
  • Upon payment receipt, they will forward applications to the Finance Team for validation and approval.
  • They will handle up to 400 applications daily (normal and express).
  • Additionally, they will manage public and applicant enquiries about the application process and eligibility through various channels during office hours or respond by the next business day.
  • The individual will log in and update information accurately on the GSR system.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential in handling and verifying all documents.
  • Coordination with the Finance Officer will be crucial for smooth application processing.

Candidates should possess a careful and detail-oriented work approach and be able to handle a high volume of applications efficiently. Experience in document handling and customer service is desirable.
