Senior Crewing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Crewing Executive to join our team at RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective crewing strategies to ensure seamless recruitment and retention processes.
  • Manage crew mobilization and demobilization, including obtaining necessary permits and visas, while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee payroll processing, crew record-keeping, and logistics for crew changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with IMO conventions, Flag requirements, and local regulations, such as STCW and MLC.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Maritime Business or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in crewing and ship management.
  • Strong knowledge of crewing and manning requirements for Harbor Craft vessels.
  • Familiarity with Singapore Work Pass, Flag, MPA, ICA, and MOM processes.
