L&P Employment Services is currently seeking a skilled Business Support Assistant to join our team in condo management. This role offers the perfect opportunity for individuals with excellent administrative skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our clients in the condo management industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks, including answering phone calls, typing, scanning, copying, data entry, mail distribution, and other office-related duties.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle en-block owners' collections of keys, verified documents, and other related tasks
- Collaborate with condo owners to address their inquiries regarding defects and issues
- Issue condo units and keys, as required
- Conduct ad-hoc duties, as needed
- Bachelor's degree or above in any field
- No work experience required, but prior experience in administration or a related field is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software applications
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with associates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
