About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team at BS BUSINESS SERVICES PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact government departments, such as MOM, ACRA, and IRAS, to facilitate business operations.
  • Assist in outdoor tasks, including accompanying clients to banks or picking up mail.
  • Manage and respond to emails and phone calls, forwarding communications to relevant staff members when necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, following up on their requests and sending fee quotations.
  • Process paperwork and file documents efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience for entry-level positions.
  • A Diploma or above in Office Administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of email platforms like Microsoft Outlook and Lark.
  • Ability to operate office equipment, such as printers and phone systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and seek assistance when needed.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary package, ranging from SGD 2.4K to 2.8K per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Environment:

Our office is located at 10 Anson Road, near Tanjong Pagar MRT, offering easy access to public transportation.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a total of 5 working days per week.
