Job Description

As a senior network presales consultant with Japanese speaking capabilities, you will play a key role in providing consultation, solutions and product knowledge to support our sales team.

  • Identifying customer business and technical requirements to generate sales opportunities with suitable solutions;
  • Designing effective solutions to achieve customer business outcomes and maximize customer investment and satisfaction;
  • Presenting solutions to customers and preparing technical offers and costs;
  • Maintaining up-to-date market trends to address customer needs and find new products/services to enhance existing focus solutions;
  • Working closely with technology and business partners to build and grow business relationships;
  • Handing over ordered projects to the postsales team;
  • Retaining and upselling our services to customers;

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering;
  • A strong background in Cisco technology, particularly VLANs and data centers;
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese languages to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and clients;
  • Experience liaising with business counterparts in Japan, with a deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette.
