Country Club Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food & Beverage team at a prestigious country club.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in F&B service, particularly in hospitality or a country club environment. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset, and be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
The successful candidate will work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve members and guests promptly and professionally.
- Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all service areas.
Requirements:
- Prior F&B service experience preferred, especially in hospitality or country club environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
