Key to Success:

  • The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the built environment sector, specifically for interior renovations, addition and alteration works.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for scheduling, planning, and execution of work for our workers and sub-contractors.
  • Oversee site management, providing planned periodic updates and reports internally and externally, including liaison with tenant owners, S.Os, employer representatives, MCSTs, and FM counterparts.
  • Resolve site issues, challenges, and conflicts where necessary.
  • Ensure smooth and successful delivery of any tasked project.
  • Develop and execute overall master and micro project schedules, utilizing Gantt chart formats as needed.
  • Conduct end-to-end follow-ups on contract and variations till closure of accounts.
  • Assist the team in bid preparation, including PM proposals, planning, value engineering, health and safety, risk assessments, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in project management, with expertise in interior renovations, addition, and alteration works.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with department HODs and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to resolve complex site issues and conflicts.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
