Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Artiste Manager to oversee the career progression of talented artists. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the music industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase online presence and attract new fans through social media platforms.
  • Identify and nurture emerging talent by searching for new artists on YouTube.
  • Create and execute monthly e-blasts using HTML coding and email marketing techniques.
  • Design and send email newsletters to subscribers and manage business' social media platforms.
  • Increase artist's Instagram followers from 25K to over 100K using offline and online marketing strategies.
  • Secure editorial and advertising jobs for top NYC and international stylists by serving as the primary liaison between clients and artists.
  • Supervise company interns via project management of marketing campaigns and media communication.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and professional interpersonal interaction.
  • Verify web-apps and website designs for cross-browser compatibility, proper function, and web standards compliance, and proper UX practices.
