Job Overview

The position of a performing artiste is a multifaceted role that encompasses various aspects of the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  3. Collaboration: Work closely with directors, choreographers, and other artists to perfect and deliver compelling performances.
  4. Skill Improvement: Continuously improve craft through practice, training, and constructive feedback.
  5. Creative Contribution: Contribute creatively to the development of performances, offering ideas and suggestions for artistic direction.
  6. Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and presence both on stage and off stage.
  7. Schedule Adherence: Adhere to performance schedules, rehearsals, and performance dates.
  8. Audience Engagement: Engage with audiences in a manner that reflects the vision and style of the performance.
  9. Representation: Represent the company or organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Ability to multitask, possess excellent vocal and theatre skills, strong interpersonal and public relations skills, as well as expertise in wardrobe, stage management, pressure, communication, artistic, customer service, and singing are required for this position.
