Job Overview:

The role of a Store Merchandiser involves ensuring that store shelves are adequately stocked and visually appealing to attract customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels at assigned supermarkets, replenishing as necessary to meet customer demands.
  • Organize store displays, price signs, and promotional materials to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Ensure all products are displayed correctly according to established guidelines, highlighting key features and promotions.
  • Execute effective in-store promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Track inventory levels, sales performance, and product competitiveness to inform future merchandising strategies.
  • Educate retailers on designated products to enhance their knowledge and confidence in promoting them.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers to foster a collaborative partnership.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support business objectives.
