Strategic Sales Enablement Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in the ASEAN region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, business planning, and operations, with experience in driving business excellence across multiple regions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product strategies, to develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive growth and revenue.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales activation, collaborating with GTM Managers, and partnering with Global Product Strategies to develop local partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation plans. You will also be responsible for providing thought leadership on competitive landscapes, solution area gaps, and sales trends to drive improvements in the GTM plan and grow organization capability.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. They will also have a proven track record of driving results-oriented solutions and delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Solution Plays, identifying growth opportunities and developing clear execution plans.
  • Collaborate with Areas to align field teams, sales operations, marketing plans, business rhythms, and change management to convert strategic priorities into local execution.
  • Lead Sales Activation and collaborate with GTM Managers to land and champion Solution Plays, activating connected sales and marketing execution in every segment to maximize performance and share.
  • Partner with Global Product Strategies for local partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation that support solution play performance.
  • Responsible for Product Leadership and advocate as the voice of the Customer, Partners, and Field. Provide thought leadership on competitive landscape, solution area gaps, sales trends, and more to drive improvements in the GTM plan and grow organization capability.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work.
