Finance Transformation Lead

As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic financial planning.

  • Develop and implement long-range financial planning templates using Adaptive Workday to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support long-term strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with a strong focus on long-range planning.
  • Proficient in Adaptive Workday or similar planning tools; implementation experience is a plus.
