Quantum Technologies Coordinator

The Centre for Quantum Technologies in Singapore brings together physicists, computer scientists and engineers to do basic research on quantum physics and to build devices based on quantum phenomena.
- Administrate PhD student candidature milestones (e.g. QEI, QE II, Progress Report, Oral Defence etc)
- Administrate exam matters
- Administrate course registration matters including creation of new courses etc; course exemptions
- Assist with the PhD Academic Committee application process (contact applicants, interviews etc)
- Student travel requests (quotation and booking of air ticket etc)
- Secretarial support to the PhD Academic Committee
- Other administrative and logistical matters relating to PhD students (e.g. alumni network; assist in organising students related events/workshops/activities/welfare programmes)
- Minimum Degree Holder
- At least 5 years' related working experience
- Preferably experience in handling student programmes
- Meticulous, resourceful and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills with drive and independence
