Creative Content Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Content Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for bringing creative ideas to life and delivering high-quality content that meets the needs of our clients.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from brand campaigns and commercials to event highlights and corporate videos. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, including conceptualizing ideas, developing storyboards, scripting, editing, and finalizing content for delivery.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and quality from kickoff to delivery
- Keep calm in the chaos, aligning clients, steadying the team, and troubleshooting curveballs without drama
- Think creatively, from concept development to execution, ensuring that every project meets our high standards
- Champion clarity, in how you brief, manage feedback, and communicate across the board
- Juggle multiple projects with ease, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Real experience, having produced a wide range of work and navigated both creative and logistical conversations
- Creative empathy, understanding what makes a cut work or a story land, even if you're not editing it yourself
- Operational discipline, bringing structure where others bring chaos
- Tech fluency, being comfortable with industry-standard tools or able to manage those who are
- Strong people radar, knowing when to step in, when to pull back, and how to keep a team motivated and clients reassured

Work Environment
We are a tight-knit team that takes our work seriously but not ourselves. We aim for quality without burnout and believe in collaboration without theatrics. Work-life rhythm: core hours 9:30am to 6:30pm, Monday-Friday; we guard weekends and downtime but production isn't always predictable.
