Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned automation expert to support pharmaceutical manufacturing projects. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience with DeltaV systems and a strong understanding of GMP, FDA, and EMA regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing using DeltaV platforms.
  • Support system upgrades, including configuration, troubleshooting, and testing to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform compliance activities such as IQ/OQ/PQ and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and refine control strategies, batch recipes, and control modules within the DeltaV framework.
  • Leverage expertise to troubleshoot automation system issues and conduct root cause analysis for deviations and equipment problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee system reliability and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to data integrity initiatives and maintain accurate documentation for all automation-related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in DeltaV automation within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EMA regulations.
  • Experience with batch automation, recipe configuration, and process control systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
