Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team as a key member of the engineering department. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of civil and structural engineering works.

You will work closely with management to monitor and manage the day-to-day operation of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality services. Your role will involve preparing method statements, construction sequencing, sketches, and other technical submissions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the execution of site works, reviewing and developing methods and sequences to ensure safety and efficiency. You will also assist in preparing RA/SWP and other safety documents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with peers, trade contractors, clients, and consultants to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Assist in preparing Inspection and Test Plans, conducting inspections and checks on works performed.
  • Review drawings for discrepancies, conduct field verification, and submit technical clarifications to clients and consultants.
Requirements
  • At least a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University accredited with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
  • Preferably with design, consulting experience, and Improvement works to Surface Car Parks.
  • Conversant with Eurocode or Local codes and regulations as well as submission procedures.
  • Well-versed in CAD, BIM, and other Civil Engineering software.
  • Good project management skills and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedules.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and keen to learn new things.
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
