- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, including project status updates, technical briefs, and compliance documents.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management strategies and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
