Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced clinic environment, ensuring seamless interactions with patients and colleagues. They will register patients, handle billing inquiries, dispense medications, and manage inventory with accuracy and attention to detail.
The Medical Support Specialist will also be responsible for submitting TPA claims and insurance logs in a timely manner, assisting doctors with simple procedures, and contributing to basic clinic housekeeping. They will possess excellent language skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. They will be able to effectively manage time and schedule tasks, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Registers patients, handles billing inquiries, and manages inventory.
- Dispenses medications and maintains accurate records.
- Submits TPA claims and insurance logs in a timely manner.
- Assists doctors with simple procedures and applies critical thinking skills as needed.
- Contributes to basic clinic housekeeping and maintains a clean and organized workspace.
