Job Summary:

Architectural Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team. As an Architectural Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements design and detailing strategies.
  • Highly technical in design, with expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop & Office software.
  • Manages project schedules, deliverables, clients, and consultants effectively.
  • Coordinates all architectural drawings and works, prepares, submits, and updates Shop Drawings & As-Built submissions efficiently.
  • Reviews and resolves conflicts with architectural drawings and structural/M&E issues promptly.
  • Prepares RFIs, RFA, and RFMA, following Architectural consultant & Sub-contractors protocols.
  • Generates Design Strategy, Concept Design, and Detailed Working Drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, and Photoshop effectively.
  • Attends site visits, liaises with contractors, and design/construction teams.
  • Conducts BIM Coordination for Architecture discipline, ensuring accuracy and conformance to Singapore BIM standards.
  • Develops BIM Modelling Schedule, monitoring delivery of BIM submission.
  • Produces Detailed Shop Drawings from Revit for submission.
  • Creates Drawings for Authorities' submission.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or its equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore as an Architectural coordinator in large-scale building/civil projects with a main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3ds Max, SketchUp.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
