Event Planner

The role involves planning, coordinating and executing various events such as conferences, product launches and corporate functions. We are looking for a professional with excellent organizational skills to manage logistics including venue bookings, permits and booth setup arrangements.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced event planner to lead our team in delivering successful events.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research venues and vendors that fit the occasion within a reasonable budget.
  2. Liaise with suppliers and vendors negotiating prices and arrangements.
  3. Manage logistics including venue bookings permits and booth setup arrangements.
  4. Oversee the entire event process from planning and execution to on-site supervision teardown and reporting.
  5. Accommodate event requests changes and last-minute requests.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Events Management Business Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in event planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
