The role of an HVAC Installation and Maintenance Technician involves ensuring the efficient operation of air conditioning systems. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including VRV systems.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure system efficiency and address any issues promptly.
  • Identify and resolve problems in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Suggest upgrades or repairs to enhance system performance.
  • Handle electrical and mechanical components of AC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Use technical manuals and schematics to guarantee correct setup and operation.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
  • Follow safety protocols and use protective gear when working.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer client questions about AC systems.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Air-Con servicing.
  • Familiarity with Singapore law and VRV system checks.
  • Experience with Aircon R22/R410a/R32a - VRV systems.
  • Williness to travel for onsite services and after working hours if needed.
