About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technology Manager to join our team at Grab. As a key member of our Growth Technology & Operations - Marketing Technology team, you will be responsible for developing industry-leading MarTech tools that drive user growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into specific product requirements and communicate with tech, product, and onsite-domain teams for new feature launches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Country Ops, Marketing, and Engineering to develop product strategy and roadmap for Grab's MarTech experience.
  • Partner with product and country teams to design communications experiments to validate/invalidate hypotheses and develop relevant playbooks for marketers.
  • Provide user training and ensure documentation on tools and best practices are updated.
  • Thought leadership for understanding the broader MarTech landscape and trends.
  • Manage external tools used by the marketing team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum years of experience in marketing communications, product operations, product marketing, customer success, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of marketing, marketing technologies, and ability to apply technology know-how to better how users reach out to customers.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership track record with great communication skills.
  • Partner and team with engineering and technology solution providers to deliver the best solution meeting user needs.
