
Sales and Customer Relationship Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Relationship Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
2. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
Client Relationship Management:
4. Build and maintain strong and positive customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing customized solutions.
5. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Market Research and Analysis:
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
7. Analyse market data to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Quotation and Proposal Preparation:
8. Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for clients.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
Sales Reporting:
10. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related opportunities in our CRM system.
11. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
2. Sales experience in IT office automation or similar industry is an advantage.
3. Possess initiative with desire drive for excellence in a dynamic environment.
4. Possess a successful track record in achieving set objectives.
5. IT-savvy and possess own vehicle preferred.
6. Passionate in engaging with customers and provide excellent service.
