Job Summary

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer plays a pivotal role in sustaining a robust technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operations and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance on servers, storage, and network devices to prevent system downtime and ensure high availability.

  • Monitor infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage) to quickly identify and resolve issues, minimizing disruption to business operations.

  • Conduct patching and system updates to maintain security and compliance with industry standards.

  • Oversee the health and performance of the infrastructure environment, optimizing resources as needed to support business growth and objectives.

  • Support and enhance existing infrastructure through automation, configuration, and management best practices, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for infrastructure-related incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on business operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of related IT support frontline experience.

  • Local polytechnic or masters-level IT-related certifications.

  • Average normal proficiency in bilingual communication and presentation skills.

  • Well-versed with Windows/Linux-based landscapes.

  • Good to have Pega/Tomcat/JBoss experience.
