Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled IT infrastructure specialists to provide technical support, implement IT infrastructure projects, and ensure smooth operations for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical support for IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and related solutions).
  • Assist in project implementation for infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
  • Perform troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system maintenance.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to learn new technologies and gain project management experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, asset tracking, and service reports.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (helpdesk, desktop, or infrastructure).
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux servers, or virtualization platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
