Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to sell digital marketing solutions and understand their needs.
  • Articulate the features, prices, and benefits of our services to clients.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • Arrange meetings with clients to demonstrate how our services can meet their needs.
  • Keep records of calls and record useful information.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a telemarketer or similar role is preferred.
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM concepts and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in speaking to English and Chinese clients.

Remuneration:

  • Hourly rate: SGD
  • Commission based on sales performance.

Working Days/Hours:

  • Flexible part-time hours, min 3 days/week.
