Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telemarketing Specialist to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team. As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a vital part in advancing our movement by inspiring meaningful connections with customers, partners, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging across all channels, making a positive impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to customers for cross-sell targets
• Understand the needs of customers and recommend suitable products
• Convert leads provided by partners to sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 'O' Level or higher
• 3 to 5 years of prior Call Centre and/or Telemarketing/Telesales experience within Financial Industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
