Experienced Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary/Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Litigation in the Litigation Department.

Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance and administrative matters, like client due diligence, conflicts checks, fee proposals and mandates.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes and action points.
  • Proactively monitor/review and follow up on files/outstanding matters.
  • Conduct searches.
  • Generate first drafts of documents from precedents.
  • Format and proofread documents.
  • Liaise with clients in relation to any general enquiries.
  • Assist in preparing translations and presentation materials.
  • Provide administrative support like diary management, applications for various professional bodies, and management of support staff.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as a team member, manage workload, prioritise tasks and projects to meet work standards and timelines, as well as communicate clearly and effectively on legal matters both verbally and in writing.
