Daily Operations Manager

This job involves managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Myanmar-speaking associates to facilitate effective communication.
- Assist the Operations Manager in daily tasks, including roster planning and stock ordering from suppliers.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures for all outlet activities.
- Perform mise-en-place and uphold high standards of food quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, meeting individual customer needs.
- Efficiently prepare and sell products according to established SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and perform dishwashing duties.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B outlets such as food courts, coffee shops, and restaurants.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and office administration.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
