Job Title: Senior Social Worker

">Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Senior Social Worker to lead our team in providing high-quality social work services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and develop a team of professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the social work services across multiple centers, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and support. This includes conducting regular performance appraisals, providing ongoing professional development opportunities, and ensuring that our team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of social workers and psychologists, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of social work services, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents and caregivers, to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  4. Conduct annual performance appraisals for team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  5. Orientate new team members to our center's ethos and processes, ensuring they understand their job scope and responsibilities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum degree or postgraduate qualifications in social work.
  • More than 3 years of experience as a social worker.
