Job Title: AI Researcher

We are seeking an experienced and innovative researcher to lead the development of large language models (LLMs) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and text representation techniques.

  • The successful candidate will design and conduct scientific experiments to develop novel LLM solutions in cloud or on-premises environments.
  • They will leverage AI/ML algorithm frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to create cutting-edge generative LLM solutions.
  • Collaboration with the team is essential for participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and creating comprehensive documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The researcher will lead in designing the research and experiment methodology for LLM core components.
  • They will conduct independent research and report experiment results and research findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with engineering teams is required to curate high-quality datasets essential for model training.
  • Regular communication with supervisor and research leads is necessary for updating on scientific progress, insights, and research direction.
Requirements:
  • A master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Engineering, or related field is mandatory.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in research and development, specifically in one or more of the following areas:
  1. Natural language processing, specifically in large language model (LLM) core components.
  2. Generative AI, specifically in generating synthetic data.
  • An analytical mindset with adept problem-solving skills is crucial.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in program-related techniques and methodologies is necessary.
  • Delivering optimal solutions within tight timelines requires a strong drive and motivation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are vital for success.
