We're seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Quantitative Analysts and Traders to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions for high-frequency trading and research systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing low-latency trading platforms that collect quotes and trades from exchanges around the world.
- Assisting in the development of tick-by-tick backtesting research platforms.
- Optimizing large-scale parallel computation problems involving large data sets.
- Improving computational efficiency of machine learning algorithms.
- Developing tools for analyzing historical market data and generating insights for informed decision-making.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of practical experience with C++ and 1-2 years of meaningful experience with Python.
- Strong finance/trading systems background, including working with order books and market data.
- Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Good experience with other programming languages, such as Java.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux and SQL.
