Job Title: Film and Media Production Lecturer

The role of the lecturer involves teaching, mentoring and guiding students in film and media production courses. To be successful, the candidate will need to possess a Master's degree in a related field or equivalent with 5 years of relevant teaching experience and professional work experience.

Key responsibilities include designing high-quality curriculum and course materials, preparing and delivering lessons according to the course syllabus, conducting assessments and exams, and providing learning support and monitoring academic performances. The lecturer will also advise and counsel students on academic performance, behavioural and disciplinary issues, career opportunities and pursuit of advanced studies.

Additional duties may include administrative tasks, participating in school events and marketing campaigns, and utilizing software such as Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.

This role demands strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering excellent teaching and learning experiences for students.
