We are looking for a motivated CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team at Cartrack. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Explain the different applications on our platform to customers and enhance our position as the technology partner of choice.
- Train customers on how to get the most out of our Software-as-a-Service platform.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services and/or Cartrack software applications to clients.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
