Job Overview

As a Commercial Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include preparation of tenders, review of contract documents, quantities take-off, variation orders, cost estimates, monthly claims, and final accounts.

Working closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager, you will collaborate to prepare monthly project costings. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
