We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, has excellent communication skills, and can work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to think on their feet.

The role involves generating leads through various marketing activities, identifying and creating sales opportunities, and providing personalized solutions to meet the needs of our customers. Our ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude towards achieving targets.

To be considered for this role, you should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You should also be proficient in using technology to manage sales processes and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Maintain high levels of customer care and provide excellent after-sales customer services and membership retention.
  • Generate leads through various marketing activities and turn them into actual sales figures to achieve targets.
  • Market centre products and identify sales opportunities.
  • Create appointments with customers and recommend suitable solutions according to their needs and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must have experience in customer-facing roles and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
  • Familiarity with technology and data management systems.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
