Environmental Sustainability Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Environmental Sustainability Specialist.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the green rating process of projects, ensuring target achievement for certifications such as GBI, LEED, Green Mark, and Greenship.
- Develop mechanical expertise, including dynamic simulation using IES and CFD software.
- Lead project management for local and international projects, encompassing design, computation, M&E, facilitation, and advisory services.
- Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
- Conduct necessary calculations for ACMV systems, lighting, landscape, and other related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Ability to travel.
- Capacity to work independently and in small teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT software.
