Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator/Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of innovative research initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative and logistical support to the Principal Investigator in ensuring smooth project management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting literature searches and synthesizing research findings to inform the design and implementation of research studies.
  • Performing data collation, cleaning, analysis, and presentation of findings to stakeholders, contributing to the generation of valuable insights and conclusions.
  • Collaborating with the research team in developing publication and communication plans, preparing posters and slides for presentations, and drafting abstracts and manuscripts for publication in scientific journals.
  • Handling other ad hoc duties as required to support the efficient operation of the research team and project success.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of clinical research, from project development to data analysis and publication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Science or related fields from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data analysis and statistical software such as SPSS or R.
