Human Resource Specialist

This is a senior-level HR position that involves managing the entire spectrum of human resource functions.
- Reporting to the Deputy Director, this role requires a high degree of professionalism and expertise in HR management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition, including work pass administration;
- Employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Payroll, benefits, and leave administration;
- Performance management and employee relations;
- Administrative duties such as lease agreements, company events, and certification renewal.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including labor laws and regulations;
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
